Unlimited Custom Fields in the Listing

Create category specific extrafields.
Extrafields are just an extension of properties that an ad will have (e.g. a Real Estate classified section with subsections such as land).
To add several subcategories for user selection (such as: area in sqm, nearest hospital etc.), simply create an extrafields for each category.
Each field is individually modifiable, so you can create a mixture between drop-down menus and checkboxes.
Additionally, each customized field is searchable by type.

Configurable Ad/Listing Types

JoomListings gives you opportunity to customize “Ad Types”
Webmaster has ability to add unlimited “Ad Types”
For example you can have two “Ad Types”
Offering (You are offering an item for sale)
Wanted (You want to buy an item)

Pay Per Ad/Listing

Joomla administrator has the ability to set a fixed amount of the Ad or Listing (Pay Per Listing)
Joomla administrator also has the ability to disable pay per listing and enable free listing

Unlimited Packages

Joomla administrator has the ability to setup or add various listing packages. Packages have following features

Ability to create the custom name of the package
Ability to select default currency and set appropriate amount of the package
Ability to assign number of Ads (i.e. How many Ads user can post if this package is purchased)
Ability to assign number of image per Ad(s) (i.e. How many images user will be allowed per ad if this package is purchased)
Ability to assign number of impressions of the Ad (i.e. How many impressions user will be allowed per ad if this package is purchased)
Ability to assign number of click on the Ad (i.e. How many click on the Ads will be allowed per ad if this package is purchased)
Ability to assign number of days on the Ad (i.e. How many days Ad will remain published if this package is purchased)
Ability to select if Ad is free or not
Ability to show or hide contact details (i.e. If contact details are hidden user's contact details will not be shown on the Ad)(
