Unlimited Regions, Locations, and Neighborhoods

Unlimited Custom Fields in the Listing

• Create category specific extrafields.
• Extrafields are just an extension of properties that an ad will have (e.g. a Real Estate classified section with subsections such as land).
• To add several subcategories for user selection (such as: area in sqm, nearest hospital etc.), simply create an extrafields for each category.
• Each field is individually modifiable, at the moment we have radio button, text box, select, text area, checkboxes and pre-populated country list. In version, 2.1.8 we are adding checkboxes and text area
• Additionally, each customized field is searchable

Configurable Ad/Listing Types

• JoomListings gives you opportunity to customize Ad Types
• Webmaster has ability to add unlimited Ad Types

Pay Per Ad/Listing

• Joomla administrator has the ability to set a fixed amount of the Ad or Listing (Pay Per Listing)

• Joomla administrator has the ability to setup or add various listing packages. Packages have following features
• Ability to create the custom name of the package
• Ability to select default currency and set appropriate amount of the package
